Put 20 foot walls surrounding any states that successfully secede from the nation and impose a 25% tax on import/exports

This petition is created to preserve the land of America and it's inhabitants. If any state were to successfully form their own government then it only seems plausible that we, as Americans, raise 20 foot border walls around each seceded state and impose a 25% tax on all goods shipped in and out of said seceded states. Border patrols will create jobs, and the taxes can go directly to fund the surrounding states education and law enforcement programs.
