Put African Americans on Government Assistance back in to slavery

We need a change in the economy to keep it from falling in to a debt that we cant recover from... We Spend billions of dollars on supporting African Americans with government assistance and all they do is ask for more free checks now is this the right way to handle this by giving them more and more NO it is not there is a big percentage of African American families with out father because there dead or in jail because they were to lazy to try and get a job or the fact they try to act like thugs now if we were to put them back in to a slavery for free labor as we are already with the prison systems they would have jobs they would be there for there families and not robbing and killing people to have fun This is not for African Americans who try to do something with there lives
