Put an age cap on the members serving in Congress at 55 years old. Keep new ideas moving through the government.

A congressman(woman) should be required to resign from congress upon turning 55 years old. This would help prevent the passing on of bad habits to the younger congress members, and make sure that young people with vision and hope for the future have a chance to actually make that difference in our government. Clearly having a congress full of the aged is not working for our country. Alternately simply setting a term limit for any and all members of congress would sufficiently light a fire under their - erhm. and things would be accomplished in the federal government.
