We the people of The United States of America request by ballot the vote to enact term limits to the House of Representatives and the Senate. Such terms to be 2 years each term, but no more than 4 terms. We the People also request that those who have already served 4 terms, not to be grandfathered in, but must step down at the end of their present term.
