Take any and all people caught with charges around illegal immigration, including the alien themself, person that houses, employs, or in anyway aids the alien to get here illegally, to the armed forces.
Once in a branch of military they will not be paid. Instead they would go through a basic training, that is cost effective. Once these forces are ready they can be used in involvement that we normally wouldn't send troops to. These people will be expendable to our country but valued for the fact that they can give us a cheap military presence around the world.
