put all foreign aid to a vote in congress. Make all the votes public so the people know who voted for what.

As our counrty goes deeper and deeper into debt, we continue to send aid to countries that want to destroy us. Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, Jordan, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tanzania and Mexico are countries that do not suppoert US policies a majority of the time yet continue to take money out of tax payers pockets.
