Illinois is the worst run state in the country.... So why are our congressmen and state representatives getting equal pay??? And we must pay into their pension funds, when the average middle class working Illinoisan can barely provide a roof over their heads, let alone plan for retirement. We are always the last state without a budget. There are more prisons in Illinois than most other states... Illinois lost more citizens in 2015 than any year past. .. It's a complete mess. Put them on federal minimum wage until they can straighten this mess out. Suspend their pay until budgets are in place. Use your power Obama to place an EXECUTIVE ORDER... And watch how fast things change. MINIMAL SKILLS MINIMUM WAGE!!!
