Those persons so unhappy with the results of the recent Federal elections that they wish to seceded from the country should be allowed to do so on the condition that they may not take any territory with them when they go.
Offer them the opportunity to purchase one or more large ships that they can use to leave the USA with the provision that they renounce their US citizenship and all the "stuff" and "things" that the US Government currently provides for them.
If they later change their minds and wish to become US Citizens again, they will have to adhere to all policies and procedures required for immigrant to the US.
