1. Immediately put a tax of 10% on any item that is not made in the United States.
2. Penalize any company an additional 10% that closes a factory in the USA and moves across borders.
3. Eliminate the so called "independant contractor" status in the United States.
4. No foreign worker should be allowed to come here and work under any type of permit when unemployment is above 5%.
5. Every employer and business be penalized $500 per occurance for hiring any type of illegal immigrant without proper documentation.
