Suspend all foreign aid until we have a budget surplus. The need to cut spending is legitimate however, if we can't afford to take care of Americans then we can't afford to take care of the rest of the world. We are cutting defense spending, veterans programs and laying off government workers yet at the same time Kerry promises 250 million dollars to Egypt. This is one shining example of what it wrong with our government. The time has come to put priorities back in order and take care of America first.
