Banks have merged and grown until they are seen as being too big to fail. HSBC has recently been discovered laundering money for drugs and terrorists and yet they can't be prosecuted because they are too big to fail. The great recession was caused by banks that were too big to fail Nothing has been done to actually fix this. Get the banks broken apart into smaller banks to end this problem.
