Unlawful Breaking and Entry - This is unlawful for anyone to do regardless of what badge, degree or position you might hold. Some people think that they are an exception to the rule because of government tries or positions in the area of law enforcement. When the breaking and entry is an act of malicious and hateful intent as well as a vicious act of hatred, deceit and outlandish resentment and intent to inflict psychological torture. The breaking and entry is without any criminal provocation or unjust cause and should be marked AS A CRIME OR OFFENSE AGAINST THE AFFLICTED ONE. A crime should be labeled as a crime regardless who commits it-no one is above the law and should be fined and/or sentenced for breaking the law. When a house is broken into to damage property, it is a crime.
