Put any gun control legislation to a nation wide popular vote. Let the people decide what is best for themselves

Created by B.W. on January 27, 2013

The Obama Administration publicly states that a majority of Americans support gun control legislation. Put any legislation regarding the 2nd amendment and gun control to a popular vote. The President believes that his latest election win means all Americans agree with his every thought. (He constantly equates this by saying "America has spoken.") President Obama and his staff do not know what is best for my family or families around me. If the President and Ms. Feinstein are so confident Americans want gun control, then let the people decide through a popular vote. Overwhelming statistics have shown a decline in gun crimes following the expiration of the 1994-2004 "assault" weapons ban. The recent surge in gun sales show more guns are wanted by Americans than ever before.
