This is a ban on our military. Make all branches illegal and turn the USA into a military free zone. Put up notices at our boarders that inform visitors that the USA is a military free zone and that no militaries can enter our land. Thus we will save trillions of dollars in taxes and be the safest place on earth because militaries are not allowed in our land. We will have no war because it would be illegal to have war in the USA because you need a military for war to happen and that will be baned. If you will do this Mr. Obama then you finally would deserve your noble peace prize!
