To put a BAN on "assault" Weapons for civilians then that means we want you to BAN assault weapons for all police also

To Take away our rights by Banning "assault" Weapons is ridiculous. If you do choose to ban these weapons from the general public, that means they need to be banned from police personnel, Private security personnel And any other non military persons. Gun owners like me feel these bans should not take place. Although if they do then it should effect everyone and not just private civilians. Also if it goes through, The military should only be aloud to have them for target practice and combat. If civilians no longer have these weapons then why do the police. They are not being fired at with "assault weapons" so why do they need to fire back with them. I AM AGAINST THE BAN OF ANY FIREARM THAT YOU DEEM "ASSAULT WEAPON" THOUGH IF YOU SHOULD BAN THEM FROM,BAN THEM FROM ALL. EXCEPT THE MILITARY.
