put a bill to voters to allow the people to vote on 2 term limits for those serving in congress similar to presidency.

It's time members of congress are bound by term limits like the Presidency. Congress panders to business because they fund their continual re-election to be in congress as a life-long career. There are members who are so out of touch with contemporary society that they pass laws based on their view of the world which is decades old. Its time to limit service so that the people will be better served. Congress will more likely vote for the people rather than business if they are unable to be re-elected at their term limits end.
