Obviously Congress is doing almost nothing useful (especially the House).
In keeping with their dismal performance they should be put on minimum wage, be required to punch an actual old-fashioned time clock and only be paid for hours that they actually work.
I addition they should be stripped of all benefits, including and especially health insurance of any kind as well as retirement benefits.
