Put bullying to an end.

Well, I have seen of how bullying affects children, teenagers, adults, I would like for The White House to recognize this and at least help the children by doing something like a hotline where the children tells you their name and age and what school they goto and then tells you in what ways have they been bullied, who bullies them, and has the child hurt himself or herself and if so then the Person on the hotline will then ask the child to speak to their guardian and tell their guardian to then speak to their child about all this and that if their child feels in danger at anytime to then call the hotline and speak to a "Agent" about what they want to speak about. Basically the person on the hotline would be like a therapist to the child.
