Companies should have a cap as to what they can pay people in top positions like a CEO and what they can receive in bonuses. Companies claim they can not pay their employees more money, but somehow have enough to pay millions to positions like the CEO including millions in bonuses. The employees are the ones that make the company, without them, there would be no company and they deserve more money. Therefore there should be a salary cap for CEO's and other positions in what they can receive in pay and bonuses. Once reached, the excess money is split between all employees as a profit share. For example, CEO cap is $10,000,000 and reaches the cap. The CEO then gets an extra $10,000,000 over the cap. That is then split between all employees. 5000 employees = $2000 per employee!
