Put a cap on the incomes of upper executives/CEOs of half a million dollars annually.

Top executives CEOs and CFOs used to make 10 times the average employee's salary. Now they make 100 times the average employee's salary whereas the average employee's salary did not increase 100 times what it used to be. Increasing the salaries of the top executives causes the elimination of bonuses, raises and jobs. I petition the government to police these activities. To police the salaries of these top executives and the relationships between their salaries and elimination of raises, jobs and bonuses. These salaries should not be greater than half a million dollars including bonuses and stock options. I suggest monitoring them and policing these salaries to prevent them from going over half a million dollars annually.
