Put a cap or limit on the abusive dealer document fees they need a max of $250 or 2% of sale price which ever is less

We as consumers ask for a cap on the abusive dealer document and prep fees. The dealer fees should be a max of $250 dollars or a max of 2% of the sales price which ever is the lesser of the two. Some dealers are charging $500+ for document fees some are charging this much for a $2000 vehicle this is ripping the us consumer off. This should apply to all dealers new and used.
