Put a cap on time felony conviction can be held againts you for employment

Created by D.C. on November 10, 2011

Felonies that are less than murder, sexual convictions, and federal crimes, after a 8 year period with no other convictions should not affect employment including state and city jobs. Thousands of children and families suffer because of a bad choice made by a individual who has showed rehabilitation. The 8 years should start 30 days after all sentenced programs have been completed( prison time, parole probation community corretions etc.). Please consider even if I don't get one damn vote...
