Put Congress raises in the hands of the people with a vote. Congress should not be allowed to give themselves a raise.

Congress should not be allowed to vote for their own raises. This should be put in the hands of the people to decide if they can have a raise or not by a vote. It is wrong that they can give themselves a raise when they already make to much and the people of the United States of America have to suffer and not make enough money to put food on their own tables.
