Don't let criminals who are charged with cruelty to animals be allowed to sell, foster, shelter or care for animals.
Start a list in each state with persons charged with their names on this list to let shelters or fosters know who they are dealing with. For far too long people have gotten away with cruelty to animals and if they are not indicted, they continue to abuse and sell animals for monetary purposes.
Please stop criminals from continuing to harm or abuse animals Anything I can do to make this happen, I will be happy to try.
