Put the decision of citizen petitions to vote by the citizens as a choice as to what to do about them. Not thew Feds!

I propose if the American people want something done or a change to be made we have a forum to force the government to make that happen. The government is supposed to serve its people not perpetuate itself. I say the government should be held responsible for either explaining why something citizens are demanding isnt feasible or CHANGING policies until Americans can once again truly shape their country!!!!!!!
