Making voluntary donations to NASA (or any other government program for that matter) should be easy. Currently donations to NASA are not available on pay.gov and making donations is very difficult. We should correct this. While a single small donation might not go very far, many small donations can add up. The so-called "long tail" can generate a lot of revenue. Permitting voluntary donations can provide additional revenue and potentially even reduce the mandatory tax burden. We can start with a simple button on nasa.gov.
