Around 10228 people die from drunk driving accidents each year. And most of the people killed were under 30 that died! Around 1/3 of drunk drivers are repeating offenders which means they didn't learn their lesson the first time. I believe if we make this happen it will be a precedent for others why they shouldn't drink and drive, lowering the fatality rate.
