We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Put economic sanctions on American businesses that employ mostly foreign workers.

Created by S.N. on May 24, 2016

If a business wants to be an American business than it should employ American workers. The disastrous trade deals that have allowed Business to move their manufacturing jobs overseas so they could pay their workers pennies an hour is the single greatest cause of income inequality in the United States. The American working class has been hurt hard by these trade deals and it's time for the Federal Government to fix this problem. If an American Business, one that is headquartered here, does not employ at least 60% of their workers from The United States of America we should impose economic sanctions on the business and their top members. We do this with countries, it's time to do this with Businesses as well. Save the American worker.
