Put into effect a law making it illegal to smoke in vehicles when children under the age of 18 are present.

A few states across the U.S. have made it illegal to smoke in vehicles when there are children under the age of 18 present. We feel like this law should be implemented in every state. The infants and toddlers do not have the means to voice their opinion on the matter, so some of us really need to get it together and voice it for them. The children do not need to be subjected to second hand smoke. They deserved to be raised better than this. The nicotine you crave can wait until you have reached your destination and the child can be removed from the enclosed space. Many parents smoke with the windows up, which is absolutely atrocious and detrimental to the health of the people surrounding them, more importantly, the child.
