Put into effect a law that provides protection against minors attempted unlawful entry or unlawful entry to a home.

Created by D.D. on July 16, 2013

Tonight, a minor, the age of seventeen attempted to enter my house, then as my sister attempted to close the door, she was assaulted.

Now, if it is the case, why do adults who attempt this get carted away on the spot? Why do minors not get the same treatment? Especially repeat offenders?

Why must we petition for action to take place? When in fact had the person committing the act been of age, they would have been taken, on the spot?

I'm sure many have had this happen, even fewer have seen action taken place against the offender, due to the age constraint.

I'm starting this petition for one reason and one reason only, to prevent this from happening to others and to quicken the process in which action is taken into account.

-Thank you.
