Put efforts towards developing a suit, identical to the one in Iron Man.

In order to achieve maximum security for American citizens, it is in best interest to develop such a suit. There will be fear sent to terrorists around the world. There will be less causalities in war. It can be used in times of crisis, whether it be flooding, earthquakes, etc. The process in developing the suit in itself, will most likely make breakthrough in technology, just as NASA did. Overall it will make America a better place.
