To put an end and terminate the Immigration law "Grounds of Inadmissibility for entering the United States"

I am a United States Citizen, my father is a Venezuelan citizen who voluntarily left the United States more than 20 years ago. My father assisted this government (Drug Enforcement Association) in the capture of a druglord he risked his life and my safety. I have applied for an Immigrant Visa on behalf of my father but got denied due to this strict and inhumane Law that makes him "inadmissible" I have applied for a waiver that also was denied now I have to appeal. I haven't seen my father in more than a decade.
My father is a good man he is not a criminal.
My father is stuck in Venezuela this country is living in turmoil. I have the right to have my father live with me just as many other families also have the same human right, many families are suffering the same fate.
