Put an end to animal purchasing stores, such as Pet City!

Puppy mills are considered heinous yet there are stores allowed to sell animals in similar conditions. They place puppies into metal boxes behind glass. They throw multiple puppies in them but they do not have anything else; no water, blankets, or toys. There have been situations where older, larger dogs are shoved into the same "show cases".
It is so upsetting to see the way these stores are accepted across the United States and nothing is being done. We need to put an end the animal abuse that is done at these stores!
