We believe that the end to the FDA's would not increase child obesity as the toy is not advertised boldly on the wrapper so would not drive children to buy them. As for the FDA's statement that children could choke; the eggs are labelled that there is a choking hazard and are unsuitable for under 3's. The toy is also inside a smaller plastic container which is not small enough to choke on. The Kinder surprise is a treat americans should be able to enjoy.
