Put an End to Birth Tourism

There is a growing trend for women from other nations to deliberately come to the US when they are about to give birth. There are even companies that arrange packages including air fare, hospital stays, doctors, etc. so that these women can come and give birth in the US. This then makes their child a US citizen, allowing the parents to petition to remain in the US as well. It is requested that the administration implement policy to deny visas to any women whose visit under that visa would extend beyond their due date. It is also requested that a policy be instituted to expedite the deportation of any pregnant woman entering the US illegally to prevent their giving birth in the US, thus allowing them to use the baby as a means to remain in the country.
