Stop "card services" fraudsters who call several times a day from different numbers with "great news on how you can lower your interest rate." They have called for years and they change their number so we can not block them. When you ask to be taken off their list they hang up on you. Those with businesses do not have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers. These people are detrimental to business. They should be caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
