This country is suffering from an epidemic of rule by chicken hawks who clamor for war but will not fight it themselves.
They prey on the naivete of the public to rally support for war and even when the public vehemently opposed it, they disregard the will of the people they ostensibly work for and force people to pay for a war they don't want through taxation.
They used contrived patriotic platitudes of "fighting for freedom" to dupe young people fresh out of high school into becoming cannon fodder for wars built on a fraudulent pretense. These people are apparently not mature enough to handle the responsibility of alcohol consumption but somehow are mature enough for war.
This is a demand to force any politician who votes in favor of a war to participate in a direct combat position
