put an end to Civil Asset Forfeiture where law enforcement can take your money or property even though no crime committ

currently law enforcement and the DEA are colluding to take people's money and or assets and keep them unless that person happens to have the money to fight them in court to take them back. They are simply able to imply that the assets or money was involved in a crime in order to do this. Your asset is considered guilty until proven innocent from that point on and has become the property of said enforcement agencies. This has encouraged law enforcement to be monetarily motivated to make such claims even if no crime has been committed in order to enrich themselves and their agencies.Studies have shown that up- to 90% of circulated money has traces of narcotics on it and that alone is enough for money to be confiscated. This is corrupting our law enforcement and taking from the poor.
