Put an end to Federal Mandatory minimum sentencing for drug offenses.

Created by J.C. on October 05, 2011

Federal mandatory minimum sentences for drug laws are draconian, unconstitutionally cruel and unusual, and offer no flexibility in a case by case basis. 1 out of every 4 people incarcerated in the world is in the United States, and spending our tax dollars to imprison more of our citizens this way does nothing buy DESTROY lives and families much worse than the drugs themselves.
