The future of our country depends on higher education. If we suspend foreign aid the money we save could provide free college educations for tens of thousands of American citizens. The argument that it fosters good will around the world is not totally accurate since some of the countries receiving aid do not like us. Spend the money helping our citizens then we can worry about helping others. Do the right thing.
