TrialPay, Inc. misleads millions of Facebook.com users each day by offering game users free tokens that can be used to purchase more game play on hundreds of Facebook.com game applications. In order to earn the online currency users must commit to subscriptions, surveys, opt in advertising lists, etc. Only a small percentage of the offers are fulfilled. Some offers that are advertised as free have hidden cancellation charges even when cancellation is requested within the free trial period.Consumers are further victimized by the collusion of Facebook, Inc. who holds no measure of accountability for TrialPay, Inc. and who themselves avoid consumer accountability through a policy of concealing all their corporate contact information.
