Put an end to the HAARP stations and chemical dumping on it's citizens by aircraft, "Chemtrails".

I believe more research needs to be done on the affects of the HAARP stations throughout the US and the affects of Chemtrails on the American people and it's land. There is substantial evidence that "Chemtrails" are affecting the people and the environment negatively. HAARP stations throughout the US are being blamed for many of the dangerous weather systems that occur on our land. It is unconstitutional to allow citizens to be subjected to "testing" without consent. The laws are being broken on so many moral and ethical levels. The citizens of the United States are waking up to what is happening in this country. Please do your job as government officials to protect and serve it's citizens and not the corporations agenda.
