Put an end to harrasing phone calls from Telemarketers, Scammers and Surveys. The law needs to be enforced!!

To put an end to harassing phone calls from Telemarketers, Scammers and Surveys. Put and end to Robocalls and all scammers who call our phone numbers and hang up and not leave messages. Also for not indentifying themselves when we do answer the call.
It's obvious that the Do Not Call registry is a waste of time, as this service is not investigating these callers.
The laws are already in effect, but this needs to be enforced and the harrassing callers need to investigated prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The telephone providers also need to be held accountable for issuing these phone numbers to these con artists.
