Put an end to Internet service providers "zoning" their customers and promote a fair environment for the consumer.

Who is your internet service provider? also known as your ISP, they are the ones you pay to set up internet communications and services to your house. Now, how many different companies can you chose from? Probably only two. One for Cable, and one for DSL. If you're lucky, you have the option of FiOS (Fiber Optics) giving you a third alternative. However, ISPs such as Verizon, Suddenlink, and Xfinity have drawn borders together to eliminate competition in what can only be described as an oligopoly. Not only that, but some people can't even get internet at all because they are in no ones "zone". Put an end to ISPs blocking people from being able to chose who they want, and establish fair competition, to not only serve our people better, but to establish better internet for all.
