put an end to the militaryDOS Rollback program.

Created by L.R. on March 13, 2013

In the past years Date of Separation effected many military members and their families. As well as effecting the performance and efficiency of the career fields they were removed from. By leaving many jobs undermanned and needing to waste valuable time, funds, and resources to train new recruits in those specific job fields that lost skilled men and woman.

In ending the DOS Rollback by instead requesting those who want out of the military to volunteer and cutting back on recruiting numbers we not only stop unnecessary cost but allow those skilled men and woman wishing to remain at their jobs a chance to do so. The best place to start would be to end the Rollback for the close to 4,300 men and woman looking at being cut this 2013 year. Many of which wish to remain in the military.
