Within these 5 years they should also be subjected to drug testings every month. If within 5 years you can't seem to get an education and a functional job than you might need to find a different route to how you plan on living. We cant continue to support those on public assistance yet the ones who are paying tax dollars and doing the proper thing as a citizen don't even qualify for assistance for the very same system their tax dollars are being used for. We can't continue to allow those on assistance to sit back and collect funds and food stamps without an end result, we must tell them there is a time limit.
