Put an end to states baring Athiest, Humanist, and other Non-Religious citizens from holding public office.

Created by T.D. on December 10, 2012

Atleast 6 states have laws prohibiting Athiest, Humanist, and Non-Religious citizens from holding public office and Arkansas goes as far as to bar them from testifying in court. This is a blatant violation of the Bill of Rights seeing as these laws were made to respect a religion and supress the free speech of groups whom are not religious. It is in the best interest of The United States Of America to have these laws repealed and make sure the groups dicussed above are not discriminated in this manner again.
