This is a formal petition to make it illegal to own an indoor cat. For decades, Americans with cat allergies have endured allergic reactions of varying degrees due to the increasingly high number of indoor cat owners. The ensuing health issues and medical bills pose a serious problem to this nation's healthcare system. In addition, this would end a growing trend of animal abuse. Most people are unfit owners and don't give their pet proper care. Millions of abused animals would be saved from their abusers. Lastly, the funds used on pet care expenses would be pumped into other, more important areas of the economy.
These three main points are why we, Americans For Removal of Cats (AFROC), are starting this petition.
