Put an end to unscrupulous contracting , all contractors / handy persons need to have accreditation for trades preformed

this bill would be designed to stop the untrained and unskilled from preforming contracted jobs in building construction that they are not qualified to preform. it should eliminate ripoff contractors , and should give the people who have been ripped off, a course of action against these type of contractors / handy people and sub-contractors.
Any person or company should hold a license that stipulates
that they are qualified to start and complete said work,the contractor,sub contractor ,handyman needs to be licensed
in the state where the work is preformed.and all work should be inspected by the state, if the work turns out to be subpar the state will be notifed by the person the work was done for and the state will notify the contractor to fix the problem or face revocation of license
