Put an end to the way ISP's like AT&T overcharge their customers due to data caps and how they monopolize small areas.

I want a law made against the way that ISP's such as AT&T continue to monopolize in certain areas and how they begun the use of data caps with no way to tell how you are doing on your data usage. The problem is that the data cap is placed on home connections where full families connect. They are doing this to earn more money. The excuse that they use is unacceptable "network congestion" does not work in the way they describe. The just created an excuse to make you to spend more. They have little to no acceptable competition in places like Dallas and this forces people to have to accept their policies. They are out of control. Please help stop ISP's from messing with the future of the internet. There is no reason for them to rob people blind like this.
